RENTING CONDITIONS OF THE HOLIDAY HOME :

PRICE

The price is for one week renting from Saturday to Saturday and changes depending on the season. Our holidayhome can accept maximum 4 persons.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The arrival time is saturday between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm (in case you are later please give us a ring).

The check out time on saturday is at 10.00 am.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The reservation is definitive after we send a confirmation and after we have received a partial payment. The partial payment represent 25 % of the rental price and can be paid

q Other by postal order to Mrs Pommier

q Or by transfer to our Bank.

The balance due is to be paid at the arrival.

CANCELLATION

q Up to 6 weeks before rental period, we will reimburse the partial payment.

q Up to 3 Weeks before rental period, we will reimburse 30 % of the partial payment.

q Less than 3 weeks before rental period, the partial payment is lost and the rental price must be 100 % payed.

REFUNDABLE GUARANTY DEPOSIT

A deposit of 200 € is payable on arrival and will be refunden on departure after inventory. Any loss or damage will be deducted if applicable.
